Data we collect

When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, optional engagement preference, preferred kickoff window, entity description, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Newsletter signup collects email only.

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to audit requests, schedule scoping calls, and maintain records of commercial correspondence. Analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand which pages about audits for fintech are most useful. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Engagement workpapers follow retention schedules in the engagement letter, typically seven years for audit documentation.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@cloudconnectivity.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

International transfers

Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a subprocessors or email provider stores data outside Taiwan, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to personnel who need it for the engagement.
