Content on this site describes independent audits for fintech and related professional services offered by Cloud Connectivity. Descriptions, rates, and timelines are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a written engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and graphics are owned by Cloud Connectivity or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Workpapers and findings memos produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter’s IP and confidentiality clauses.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit false contact details intended to disrupt our practice.

Liability

The website is provided as a general information resource. We do not warrant that content is complete for your regulatory situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Connectivity is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Liability for contracted audit work is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
