Remediation follow-up visit
A half-day or full-day revisit to verify whether prior audit findings have been closed with evidence.
Purpose
After a readiness or control review, management needs proof that findings closed. We revisit selected items, inspect new evidence, and update the status of each finding.
Format
Half-day or full-day visits in Greater Taipei, or remote evidence review when observation is not required. Best scheduled four to eight weeks after the original memo.
Output
An updated findings status table — closed, partially closed, or open — with notes on remaining gaps.
